Holistic

We’re addressing the root cause of all oppression, acknowledging that we can’t solve one until we solve all forms of subjugation. The solutions must consider our most primal need to dominate the other.

Additive

All of our projects and efforts are intended to supplement current anti-oppression movements. We’re all in this together, looking for new ideas to achieve the same goal.

Replacement

Exploring new systems that replace systemic oppression leads us beyond individual laws, politicians and institutions. We aim to reform our society at a cultural level.

ETHOS

It stands for Equitable, Transformative & Humane Organizational Standards and it’s a rating system that rewards ethical businesses and organizations with certifications.

  • Our team collaborates with your org to make recommendations that will improve your rating.

  • Your org is then evaluated based on our ETHOS rating and scoring system.

  • Your org will receive one of four scaling certifications from Bronze to Platinum.
